So having recently received my the foam i immediately being to start work on creating my power. The first point of call was starting form the bottom up e.g. the feet. I started off by printing the plans of my PC. I used my trusty (and incredibly squeaky) wedding guillotine to remove the printer edge borders. This allowed all of the plans/blueprints to line up perfectly.

After i had sliced 14 pages of pure awesomeness (Generic shoe plan). I began to lay them out.

Once they were all done i began laying them out i then taped them together and cutting them out. Once i had all the templates i arranged them on the foam. I them used a washable marker pen to trace round the outside and give me an outline to cut.
